Youth Ministry

Placentia United Methodist Church seeks an individual who has the gifts and passion to serve God in youth ministry. The vision of the Placentia United Methodist Churches Youth Ministry is to equip and empower the youth to be transformed by Jesus Christ and to become agents of transformation in the world. The part-time Youth Director will oversee all programs for the youth of the church. The successful candidate will possess passion for youth, commitment to transform the lives of youth, skills to minister to youth, and gift of being able to relate to youth. The director will possess good organizational skills and leadership skills to recruit, train, and work as a team with volunteers and parents. The director will demonstrate commitment to grow in his/her own faith and strive to exemplify Christian lifestyle. The director will report to the Pastor.
