2012 Charge Conference Salary & Benefit Forms Now Available
The 2012 Clergy Salary and Benefits Package forms are now available and posted on the Cal-Pac website, along with revised Guidelines.
Here are some highlights to be aware of:
- Completed Salary and Benefits forms MUST be sent to the district office by the church.
- ALL CHURCHES should file a NEW S&B form with the district office for EVERY APPOINTED PASTOR (even if there is no change to benefits / salaries).
- The Salary & Benefit forms are common to all districts. They are available in two formats, depending on the software you are using: Microsoft Word (select .doc or .dot) - download (when prompted, select 'Save'), complete, print and save on your computer Adobe Acrobat Reader (select .pdf) - download and print, fill in by hand (or if the form has form fields in it, fill out on your computer, then print) - All .pdf forms require Adobe Reader 7.0 which you may download http://www.adobe.com (using earlier versions of Reader/Acrobat will corrupt the form).
- This year, the primary color on the Salary & Benefit forms is blue, to distinguish them from the 2011 forms.

- Please note that the Spanish translation will be updated and posted soon.

Please note that the .pdf version can be filled in and printed without using MS Word (i.e. in Adobe Reader or directly in a web browser if Adobe Reader is installed). The .pdf version can be filled in electronically and printed out as a completed document for signatures, but can’t be saved as a completed document. This year, the form will calculate totals in Section C.
All instructions and the minimum salary tables are included in the instructions beginning on page 5 of the document.
