Commission on Ethnic Ministries
The Commission on Ethnic Ministry supports the mission and vision of the Cal-Pac Conference by providing resources which strategically support effective ministries with racial ethnic communities. The Commission advocates for, and consults with racial ethnic congregations to meet the broader needs, and address concerns related to diversity. The Commission also provides grants in support of congregational vitalization and transformation, with a priority to innovative and creative ministries with children, youth and young adults, leadership development, and ministry with the poor. Our overall strategicvision is to strengthen and expand multi-cultural/ethnic/racial congregations, while living out our unity in Christ as a witness to Christ's mission to world.
