Equitable Compensation
The 2012 Equitable Compensation form is now available and posted on the Cal-Pac website. Please note that the .pdf version can be filled in and printed without using MS Word (i.e. in Adobe Reader or directly in a web browser if Adobe Reader is installed).
The .pdf version can be filled in electronically and printed out as a completed document for signatures, but can’t be saved as a completed document. This year, the form will calculate totals in Section C.
All instructions and the minimum salary tables are included in the instructions beginning on page 5 of the document.
