Centennial Celebration

CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION TO BE HELD OCTOBER, 2011

The Centennial (100th Anniversary) of the founding of the Colonel R. M. Baker Home for Retired Ministers is being celebrated through out  2011 by residents, board members, and the California-Pacific Conference  and other friends.

Many exciting things are in store:  art displays, musical presentations, and much more during the centennial year.  It is hoped that man;y people from all over the conference will be able to attend.

A mini-play based on the history of the homes has been written and is being offered for a twelve minute presentation in churches in the area during morning worship to give a preview of what can be expected in the main celebration.   If any church would like to have this presentation brought to their church, please contact Rev. Jim Brewster 626-965-3091 or e-mail JandABrew@roadrunner.com

Please watch this page for further information on this exciting celebration as further plans are made
