  • all Clergy Members with valid e-mails on file

  • all church offices with valid e-mails on file
  • staff, volunteers and other individuals self-subscribing to the e-news list
  • 2012 Lay Members as they self-subscribe or register for the Annual Session  (registration has not yet begun)

If you have received this e-mail, you are already included on one of these lists and do not need to re-subscribe.

If your church has elected new Lay Members for the 2012 Session, please forward this announcement to them so that they can be included in the announcements from the beginning.

Call for 2012 Annual Session Special Offerings by Rev. Gary Keene, Cal-Pac Update, February 16, 2012

During the Annual Conference Session each June, the main worship services each include a special offering: you are invited to recommend recipients for one of these offerings. Typically these are for special causes and emphases, and often include the latest priority for disaster response through the United Methodist Committee on Relief. Offerings commonly reflect local, regional, national and international needs. Please send your recommendations, including detailed description and contact information, to gkendall@cal-pac.org by noon, Friday, Feb.24th.
