Information collected through registration for the Annual Conference Session is used to plan and conduct the event and fulfill the missions and ministry of the conference. We may mail or e-mail related materials, provide demographic information requested by The United Methodist Church, comply with Conference Rules, maintain conference records and publish some contact information in the Conference Journals. Information may be shared with other organizations to fulfill these objectives but will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
So that we can contact you if there is need, please be prepared to provide a complete home address, home & cell phone numbers, and personal e-mail address. E-mail may be used to distribute last minute documents, announcements & schedule changes.
Those reporting an e-mail address during registration will be added to the Annual Conference e-news if not already subscribed. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time by following the link included in the e-mails. The list is used primarily for Annual Conference Session information and business but may be used to facilitate communication at the conference's discretion.
