Video License Memberships
This video license membership program allows ministries within the California-Pacific Annual Conference to legally show most commercial videos for ministry purposes. A list of producers & studios covered under the blanket license for 2012 is available here. Because it is a blanket license, no bookkeeping is required.
2012 Memberships
2012 memberships apply from January 1 through December 31, 2012. The cost is $100. If you have not paid your 2012 Membership fee, you must do so by October 31, 2012 or you will be dropped from the program and are ineligible to enroll for 2013.
NOTE: If you choose to not be a part of the program in 2012 and 2013, you would have to find an independent license to show videos. The cost of an independent license starts at $210 for ONE year and is tied to the size of the congregation / number of viewers.
2013 Memberships and Deadline
To show videos under license in 2013, you need to renew or enroll in the licensing program. Churches renewing can add the $100 renewal fee to 2012 payments still due. New enrollments have until December 1, 2012 to enroll for 2013.
To renew your license:
1. Renew your license information by clicking here and completing the online form. Be sure to print the confirmation page and mail with your check.
2. Mail your payment. Payments should be payable to the California-Pacific Annual Conference as a check with the subject line "Video License - [year]" and mailed to:
